Education & Programming
Design and Delivery of How Government Works component of Public Service Orientation program for Canada School of Public Service (2006)
This program and component is being provided to all new PS hires via two day workshops every week for approximately 100 participants. The innovative and highly evaluated program has been developed by the CSPS with state-of-the-art adult education and participation principles. Our contribution included defining the HGW content, developing graphics, presentations and exercises, delivering a series of pilot workshops, and helping train other facilitators in delivering the half day HGW component.
